Add Feedlyy to Chrome

Feedlyy is a Chrome extension. The Chrome Web Store listing comes at launch. Until then you load the unpacked build from this repo.

1. 1In this repo, run npm run build.
2. 2Open chrome://extensions and turn on Developer mode.
3. 3Click Load unpacked and choose the dist/ folder.
4. 4Open Instagram, visit a profile, and start research.

Create a Free account if you want Why this worked or Transcribe. Basic research on Instagram does not need one.
