How to pick your next Reel from a Breakout score grid
A 2.0× Reel beat that creator’s usual views. The useful takeaway is the format, not a copy of the post.
Look at what beat the usual number
Research one creator in the niche, or your own profile. Sort by Breakout score. Spend time on the posts around 2.0× and above. Those did about twice that creator’s usual result in the set.
For a Reel, use the Reels tab. There the score is views. The profile grid scores likes, because photos and Reels are mixed.
Keep the format
Note how the Reel opens, how long it runs, and whether it is a demo, a list, or a face to camera. That is the idea you can make yourself.
Leave their caption and their footage. A research grid is a set of examples, not a folder to repost.
Keep the window recent
A Free run is 25 posts from the last 7 days, so the grid is what is working now. Filter to Reels when photos are in the way.
On Pro, Niche finder lists up to 50 similar accounts after you sort a profile, when you want a second creator in the same lane.
